Wow, just watched this video on Max Estate 128 I. They're talking about M-70 concrete and 3.6m ceiling heights, which sounds pretty impressive for Noida. Plus, finishing 33 floors faster than RERA timelines is seriously good. It makes me wonder if this kind of construction quality justifies a higher price point. I'm looking at other options too, but these specs are catching my eye. What do you guys think? Is it really better value than other projects in Noida, or are the alternatives still more sensible?
