Since January I've been looking at Max Estate 128 II, but honestly, buying for myself is way different than selling. Everyone talks about luxury, but koi carpet area efficiency ki baat nahi karta. Builders play so many super area vs carpet area games, especially with these high-end projects. Iska floor-plan actually practical hai ya just good on paper? I mean, for ₹11 Cr+ you expect actual living space, not just fancy balconies. Also, neighbourhood setup kaisa hai? Schools, daily markets paas mein hain ya sab driving distance pe? I work in real estate, so I know the marketing spiel. I need real, off-the-record opinions on daily livability. Is this just another 'resort-style living' that's a pain for everyday life? Change my mind.
