Max Estate 128 II: My first few months and builder support

Moved into Max Estate 128 II a couple of months back, and honestly, kuch baatein bilkul alag nikli. We thought construction quality would be top-notch, but after just 3 months, I'm seeing minor cracks near door frames and some plumbing fittings already feel loose. Builder ko bataya hai, but snag list ka response kaafi slow hai. Is this normal? As an investor, I'm worried. Yeh small issues later on tenant ko attract karne mein problem denge ya resale value pe impact aayega? Maintenance team bhi abhi tak proactive nahi lag rahi for these initial defects. Kya yeh sab common hai Greater Noida ke projects mein, ya humare saath hi aisa ho raha hai? Would love to know others' first-hand experience with snagging and builder support after possession.
