Max Estate 128 II keeps coming up every time I shortlist something. Everyone talks about the initial look, but nobody really discusses what happens after a year or two. Honestly, I'm worried about construction quality. Are those initial cracks and seepage issues just par for the course, or do they actually tank resale value and attract bad tenants? My parents keep saying good construction is key for long-term ROI. Also, what’s the deal with power backup? Full flat or just common areas? It feels like a big factor for tenant satisfaction, especially for the premium these places demand. I mean, do investors just accept these issues? Change my mind.
