Has anyone checked out that video on Max Estate 128 in Noida? It talks about the project selling out super fast, which is cool. But I'm looking at the current resale prices around ₹24k-₹25k per sqft. That's a huge jump from the initial ₹16.5k. Honestly, not sure if that's justified for Noida. What do you guys think about the value for money at that price point? Is Max Estate 128 really worth it now?
