Did a site visit to Max Estate 361 in Sohna last week. Kids have moved out, so my wife and I are thinking of selling our big house for something manageable. Don't need such a huge place anymore, just a good flat. Everyone talks about the 'luxury' and 'brand name' of Max Estate, but honestly, is it actually good for daily living? Or just a fancy address on paper? I'm looking at livability, especially hospital proximity and a decent, friendly society. The price for Max Estate 361 is pretty steep, like 3.69 Cr minimum. For that money, I expect real convenience, not just glossy brochures. Are the amenities actually useful, or just for show?
