Maxblis White House II amenities are probably just for show

I'm really fed up of renting; my landlord hiked rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. Maxblis White House II in Noida Extension is on my radar, the price range (₹1.21 Cr–₹1.93 Cr) looks doable for an end-user like me. But is it genuinely good to live in daily, or just good on paper? The amenities look great in brochures, but are they actually useful, or just for show? Like, is the gym decent, or always crowded? And how about the neighbourhood? Are good schools and markets really close by, or is it a struggle for daily essentials? Trying to figure out if the EMI vs rent math makes sense here for actual home life, not just investment. Any current residents or ex-residents have real feedback?
