Did a site visit to Godrej Park Ridge in New Chandigarh last week. Project looked good, but my CA brought up something important about tax implications. My previous properties (two 3BHKs in Mohali, Sector 70 and Aerocity) were straightforward. But now, with the new budget rules, I'm wondering about Section 24 and 80C limits for a second property. Does anyone have recent experience maximizing tax benefits, especially for properties in the ₹1.5 Cr range? Are there any specific hacks buyers often miss? Want to optimize ROI.

Yaar, same pinch! Meri bhi yahi tension hai. Two properties in Mohali is good, but for a 3rd one, especially at 1.5 Cr in New Chandigarh, the tax benefits seem negligible now.
