1.2 Cr for Mayfield Garden floors. I'm in Dubai, can't inspect. Is the clubhouse actually used or a ghost facility? How are the security systems in practice, really? Need investor insights.

U2, you're absolutely right. I checked on RERA website a while back, and the prices were definitely in the 2.7 Cr+ range. The original poster might be confused with some older, smaller independent floors maybe, or a very different locality like Badshahpur for that price point.
