Totally agree with the post! ₹1.5 crore for Mayfield Garden? Bhai, this is insane. Mujhe toh Badshahpur aur Baharampur Naya mein bhi better deals mil rahi hain. Pure hype lag raha hai.

Haan yaar, exactly! Mera budget bhi ₹1.2 crore tak ka hai aur is price range mein to main Airport Road ke paas kuch dekh raha tha. Mayfield Garden to reach se bahar ho gaya, aur upar se itna traffic ka issue. Koi value for money nahi
