Medanta/Sector 38 buyers: What's the real investment outlook?
Honestly, I'm feeling completely overwhelmed trying to figure out this property market. My parents keep pushing me to buy something in Gurgaon. I've been checking out Medanta/Sector 38, thinking it's a good spot with Medanta and all. I saw some 2BHKs, even 3BHKs, going for ₹1.8 Cr+ in projects by M3M or Emaar. That's a huge amount for my first home, tbh. I'm really trying to understand the investment potential here. Is this area already too saturated for good appreciation in say, 3-5 years? Or with the Dwarka Expressway almost done, will it still see a significant jump? And what about the resale market? Is it easy to sell a 2BHK here if I need to upgrade later? My biggest fear is getting stuck or not seeing good capital appreciation. Any thoughts or experiences would be super helpful!

Yaar, I can totally relate to this feeling! My parents are also pushing, and ₹1.8 Cr+ for a 2BHK is just insane for a first-time buyer like us. Medanta ke paas hone ka allure toh hai, but I also worry about the appreciation. Kya sach mein 3-5 saal mein double ho jayega? Or is this just builder hype? Meri bhi same concern hai about getting stuck.
