RRR ka hype real hai, par Medchal side mein abhi bhi affordable options mil sakte hain kya? I'm looking for a 2BHK, budget around ₹75L. Metro Phase 2 extension bhi aa raha hai. Toh kya Medchal mein long-term appreciation expect kar sakte hain? Ya fir prices already badh gaye hain, aur investment window miss ho gayi? Ab samajh nahi aa raha.

Bhai, exactly same situation! RRR ka buzz toh pura hai, but when I check online, prices are already touching ₹6000/sqft in some parts of Medchal. Kya ₹75L mein koi decent 2BHK, especially near the Metro Phase 2 extension, mil payega? Koi specific projects hain kya jo abhi bhi affordable hain?
