For that budget, Medchal does offer better space compared to closer areas. But you have to be ready for the commute and the lack of immediate high-end amenities. My advice would be to visit the area during peak hours, like a weekday morning or evening, not just on a Sunday afternoon. Tabhi traffic aur general vibe ka real idea lagega.

Hospital access is my biggest worry too. My parents are with me, aur emergency mein agar 15-20 km drive karna pade for a good multi-speciality hospital, that's a deal-breaker. Medchal mein chote nursing homes hain, but for anything critical, you're looking at driving towards Secunderabad or even Banjara Hills, which can be quite a distance in traffic.

Bhai, Medchal ko sirf brochures pe mat judge karo. Agar aap thoda interior side jaoge, main road se hatke, toh wahan actual mein bahut shanti hai. Connectivity bhi improve ho rahi hai slowly, Outer Ring Road se access easy hai. Hospital ka issue toh hai, but small clinics aur pharmacies toh har jagah mil jayenge.

My kids have moved out, so I'm selling our big house, looking for a compact 2BHK. Gachibowli was too expensive, so we're checking Medchal. Some 2BHKs in My Home or Aparna are around ₹80L-₹1Cr, which is manageable. But I'm worried about the day-to-day life there. Humko hospital access achha chahiye, aur traffic ka kya haal hai? Is it too far from good medical facilities? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai, shanti hai ya bahut shor-sharaba? Need opinions on the real resident life.
