My pre-approved loan has me looking hard at projects now. I know builder talk, but buying for myself is different. Meenakshi High Life Towers looks decent on paper, but I'm worried about the day-to-day. Specifically, elevator quality – will they break down often? And that children's play area, will it be actually usable or just for show? Owners, tell me, is the maintenance team quick for elevator issues? Aur kids ki play area ka kya haal hai? Any real ground reports?

Totally understand your concern! Builders always show glossy brochures, but ground reality is different. Especially with ongoing projects like Meenakshi High Life, you have to be extra careful. My friend booked in Akshayanagar and faced huge delays because of 'material issues'. Always better to get real resident feedback. Yeh elevator aur play area ka concern toh genuine hai.
