Meenakshi High Life Towers – honestly, the security situation is costing me peace of mind and potential ROI. CCTVs are constantly offline, visitor management is a mess, and the guards are barely visible. From my experience, this kills tenant interest. Is anyone else facing this here? What was your solution?

This is concerning. I saw their RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/200923/006268. Have you tried raising this officially with RERA or the builder directly? What was their response?
@U5 Maine builder ko email kiya tha, but they gave generic responses saying "it's an ongoing project, security will be fully implemented by possession." But from my experience with other projects, if the basic infrastructure isn't there during construction, it rarely improves dramatically later. RERA complaint is an option, but it's a long process and requires solid proof. I'm thinking of checking if other buyers have formed a group. A collective complaint with RERA, quoting their RERA number PRM
Totally agree with U1. My cousin booked a flat in their earlier project, and security was always a nightmare. Visitors would just walk in, no proper checks. For a property in the ₹1.4 Cr – ₹3.7 Cr range, you expect top-notch security, right? This definitely impacts resale value and rental yield. Socho, families kaise rahenge bina proper security ke? This is a huge red flag.
@U4 Haan, itna paisa deke bhi shanti nahi milegi toh kya fayda? Budget-conscious buyers like us can't afford such risks.
@U4 Sahi kaha. Bengaluru mein crime rates badh rahe hain, especially in peripheral areas. Security is non-negotiable now. Builders need to understand that this isn't a luxury, it's a basic requirement, especially for properties with 313 units.
Really? I was considering Meenakshi High Life Towers for its location near Akshayanagar. Is this a recent issue or ongoing since launch? I thought they had good reviews.
@U3 Exactly, reviews can be paid. Better to visit and check yourself, especially the common areas and entry points.
@U3 I visited the site a few months back near Aavalahalli, and even then, the guard situation looked quite lax. Reviews can be misleading sometimes, especially for ongoing projects. For first-time buyers like us, it's a big risk.
Haan bhai, same experience! Builder ne sirf glossy brochures dikhaye, ground reality kuch aur hai. Totally agree, this affects potential ROI.
