Just got possession of my 3BHK in Megapolis last month, and honestly, there are things I wish I'd focused on more before buying. Everyone talks about current prices, but what about resale liquidity in 3-5 years? I'm already thinking about potential appreciation with the Jewar airport and Aqua Line extension, but is Megapolis specifically well-positioned for that? I'm hearing mixed things about how easy it is to exit if needed. Did any of you veteran buyers here research the long-term tenant profile or resale demand for this specific area before investing? My agent was all about immediate benefits, but nobody really deep dived into how easy it is to find a buyer later on without dropping prices too much. What's the real ROI potential here, beyond just paper appreciation? Hope this helps someone think beyond just the initial purchase cost.
