The premium for a 3BHK in Mehak Eco City feels high, honestly. I'm currently in a 2BHK and thinking of upgrading, but that price jump needs real justification for daily living. Are the amenities like the clubhouse or gym actually useful, or are they just for show? I'm worried about the society vibe, is it friendly or isolated? And how are the nearby schools and markets? Is it genuinely a good home, or just good on paper? What do current residents think?

Mehak Eco City ka 3BHK premium? Absolutely! Main bhi research kar raha tha, 2016 ka project hai, possession bhi ho chuka hai. Is price point par toh bahut options mil jaate hain aajkal Ghaziabad mein. Amenities ke naam pe sab dikhawa hi lagta hai, daily use mein kitna kaam aate hain, that's the real question.
