Mehdipatnam living is just too chaotic now

Resale of our old Banjara Hills house is almost done, and now I'm seriously looking at Mehdipatnam for a smaller flat. Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place anymore. I'm thinking a compact 2BHK there, maybe around ₹80-90L. My main concern is what daily life actually feels like. Is it generally noisy, or are there quieter residential pockets with good societies? We really need reliable hospital access; how are the emergency facilities in Mehdipatnam? And if we ever need to sell again, is the resale market liquid? At what kind of premium or discount does property typically move there? Just want something manageable with a good elevator. Not sure if it's the right move, tbh.
