Mehdipatnam resale market is tough

Mehdipatnam ke property prices ka calculation bilkul samajh nahi aa raha. From my experience, yahan ke rates Gachibowli se compare karna galat hai. Resale market ka data dikhata hai ki appreciation utna nahi hai. Is it a calculated risk worth taking? Ya exit karna mushkil hoga? What's the actual ground reality for ROI here?

Totally agree with this post! Main bhi Mehdipatnam mein ek flat dekh raha tha, but resale mein koi clarity nahi mil rahi. Builders toh quotes de dete hain, but jab secondary market mein dekho, toh buyer hi nahi milte. Gachibowli aur Kondapur mein toh phir bhi liquidity hai, yahan lag raha hai phans jaunga. ROI ka toh sochna bhi mushkil hai.
