₹1.13 Cr for a 2BHK – is this the new normal? Fed up of renting, I'm looking at Ellanza Zenistry B (ongoing) versus Mehetre Laxmi Horizon (completed, ₹50L). Ellanza ka price high hai, under-construction ka risk. Mehetre ready hai, but long-term investment potential kya hai? Total cost of ownership bhi dekhna hai.
₹55 lakh for a 2BHK at Mehetre Laxmi Horizon seems decent, but I'm worried about the daily living experience. Kids ki schooling nearby important hai, and my wife wants to know if the neighbourhood is genuinely safe. Amenities like the play area, are they actually useful or just for show? Noise levels ka bhi concern hai, especially with a completed project. Any current residents can share their honest feedback? Is it truly a good home for a growing family?
Did a site visit to Mehetre Laxmi Horizon last weekend, and brochure mein jo amenities dikhayi hain, woh sab dekh ke toh I'm super excited! But my parents always say brochure mein sab accha lagta hai, real life mein alag hota hai. Has anyone here bought there ya kisi friend ne? Kya actual mein promised amenities jaise clubhouse, swimming pool, kids play area, sab properly deliver hote hain? Ya sirf naam ke liye hote hain? Aur maintenance charges bhi kitne hote hain for these? Sometimes it feels like they show so much but then upkeep ka issue hota hai. Thoda real experience bata sakte ho please? Confused hoon about the gap between what's shown and what's real. Should I trust the brochure completely?
Teen mahine pehle hi possession mila, ₹95 lakh ka 2BHK. Mehetre Laxmi Horizon mein abhi se wall cracks aur tap leakage dikh raha hai. Investor hoon, toh construction quality future ROI aur maintenance pe kitna impact karegi? Pune mein aisa normal hai kya?
