Meridian Park Clubhouse: Is Sarjapur connectivity really there?
Just watched this video about the Meridian Park Clubhouse at Prestige City Sarjapur. The amenities look pretty premium, like the video shows. They talk up metro connectivity and expressway access for Prestige City. I'm wondering if all that infrastructure is actually in place or still planned. Anyone living nearby, or checked out the area recently? How's the ground reality for schools and hospitals too?

My advice to all first-time buyers: don't get swayed by fancy videos and clubhouses. Focus on RERA status, builder's past delivery record, actual possession date, and most importantly, your budget. ₹2.1 Cr is a lot of money. Make sure the location works for your daily commute and future plans. Sarjapur is developing, but it's not a ready-to-move-in, fully connected paradise yet.
I visited the site last month. The construction is ongoing, they are working fast. But the approach roads are still not great, especially if you're coming from the main Sarjapur Road. For someone working in Whitefield or Electronic City, the daily commute will be a pain right now. The total units are 1106, so imagine the traffic once everyone moves in. It's a big investment, so think about your daily life, not just the amenities.
Yes, exactly! My friend lives near Akshayanagar and even their roads are bad, despite being developed for years. Bangalore traffic is unpredictable. Meridian Park is good on paper, but the current market conditions with high interest rates and these prices make it a tough call for first-time buyers.
Thanks for the ground reality check. Did you check any other projects nearby? Like towards Agrahara Layout? Just wondering if there are better options for connectivity or price, or if this is the standard for Sarjapur now.
The clubhouse in the video looked amazing, no doubt. But the price point is making me nervous. ₹2.1 Cr for a first home in an area with 'developing' infrastructure? I'm torn between the luxury and the practicality. Does anyone know if they offer any payment plans that ease the burden for first-time buyers?
Sab marketing ka kamaal hai! Prestige ke projects dikhne mein toh bade shandaar hote hain but delivery aur actual ground reality mein bohot farak hota hai. My friend booked in their Adigara Kallahalli project and faced so many delays. Iss project ka bhi Possession date 2026-01-01 hai, I hope they stick to it. Metro connectivity is a distant dream for many areas, not just Sarjapur.
While delays are common, Prestige usually delivers, maybe a little late sometimes. But the quality is generally good. For 1106 units, 2026 seems reasonable for a project of this scale. You can't expect everything to be perfect right now, infrastructure takes time to catch up with development. Think long-term.
Totally agree with you! Builder ka track record bhi dekhna chahiye. Prestige established 1986 hai, but delays toh sab karte hain. RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/230522/004901 hai, but that doesn't guarantee timely possession. It just gives you some legal recourse later. My cousin had issues with another big builder near Aavalahalli, same story.

Haan, schools and hospitals are there, but the price range for Meridian Park is ₹2.1 Cr – ₹2.4 Cr! For a first-time buyer like me, it's a huge amount. Is it really worth paying so much for an area where connectivity is still a major question mark? Prestige ka naam hai but budget bhi toh dekhna padta hai.
Schools aur hospitals ka scene theek hai Sarjapur side. Achhe options hain like Inventure Academy, Delhi Public School, aur Columbia Asia Hospital. But again, commute time bohot lagta hai. If you're looking at Meridian Park, jo 2026 tak possession dega, tab tak thoda aur improve ho sakta hai situation. But current reality is still a bit challenging.
Bhai, connectivity toh abhi utni solid nahi hai jitna videos mein dikhate hain. Sarjapur Road pe traffic ek nightmare hai. Metro station abhi kaafi door hai, woh toh 2026 ke baad hi shayad proper chalegi. Expressway access theek hai but woh bhi peak hours mein jam hi hota hai. Don't fall for the marketing hype completely.
