Namma Metro Phase 2/3 delays are really messing with property values, right? I bought a 2BHK near Sarjapur Road around ₹1.2 Cr, thinking the connectivity improvements would push prices up fast. Honestly, builders like Prestige aur Brigade ne toh project launch kar diye, bolte hain connectivity will be amazing. But ground reality mein toh kuch aur hi chal raha hai. My EMI is running, aur appreciation utni nahi dikh rahi jitni socha tha. Peripheral Ring Road ka bhi wahi haal hai kya? Is it even realistic ki yeh projects time pe complete honge? Or are we just stuck with these never-ending timelines? Log bolte hain Yelahanka aur Kanakapura Road bhi affected hain. Should I just hold on ya exit kar doon? Koi experience share karo please, especially if you bought based on infra promises.
