₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK near upcoming Metro Phase 3 stops feels unrealistic now. Currently in a 2BHK in BTM, I'm looking to upgrade. Namma Metro expansion has areas like Sarjapur Road and Yelahanka seeing crazy jumps. Is this appreciation already factored in? Any affordable pockets left near these new corridors?

Totally agree with the post! ₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK near Phase 3? Bhai, that's like pre-COVID prices in prime areas. I'm also looking near the new Yellow Line extension and everything feels so inflated. Lagta hai developers ne already metro ka announcement ko cash kar liya hai.
