Metro extension timeline is pure fiction – prove me wrong.

Did a site visit to Sector 89-90 last weekend. Gurugram Metro extension for SPR feels like pure hype. Lagta nahi time pe hoga. Prices already high, but real benefit? Just speculation, yaar.

Bhai, you're not alone. I visited Sector 88 last month and had the exact same feeling. Metro ke naam pe prices aise badha diye hain jaise kal hi chalne wali hai. Mera budget toh waise hi tight hai, upar se yeh uncertainty. Kya karein samajh nahi aa raha.

Exactly! I'm looking near Airport Road and same story. Har koi Metro ka hawala de raha hai. Lekin ground reality toh kuch aur hi hai. Builders bas profit bana rahe
