Metro extensions won't solve Gurgaon's traffic issues

₹2.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 65 feels like a lot now. I'm currently in a 2BHK in South City I, thinking of upgrading. My budget is around ₹3 Cr for a 3BHK or maybe a small villa. With Dwarka Expressway nearing completion and Global City coming up, I'm wondering if the price jump for a larger home is actually justified. Are these huge infra projects really going to fix basic issues like water supply and power in the new sectors? Or is it mostly hype? Not sure if metro extensions will truly make a difference or just bring more traffic. Looking at M3M and Emaar, but is that premium worth it for the promised future?
