Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. From my experience, infra projects like Namma Metro Phase 2/3 really push prices up. I'm looking at Sarjapur Road or Whitefield for a 2BHK, around ₹1.2 Cr. Is the metro ka impact already priced in there, ya still room for appreciation? Kya lagta hai, where's the calculated risk for good ROI?
