Honestly, I'm worried selling my big house. Kids moved out, so looking for a compact 3BHK, maybe Gachibowli side. Sab bolte hain Metro Phase 2 price badhaega, but mujhe lagta hai it's overhyped for daily convenience. Is it worth the premium? Disagree? Tell me why.
