Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector for my next investment. From my experience, infra projects like Metro Phase 3 and the Peripheral Ring Road are game-changers. I'm looking at areas around Doddanekkundi or even further out near Sarjapur. Is the projected ROI from these really as high as people say, especially with potential delays? I've seen projects drag on for years here. Are properties near these upcoming corridors still affordable enough for good appreciation, or have prices already peaked? Specifically thinking about what's still a calculated risk versus pure speculation.
