2.5 years se market mein hoon, ab khud ke liye property dekh raha hoon. Budget ₹2.5Cr-₹3Cr for a 3BHK, targeting Dwarka or Vasant Kunj. Main dilemma hai ki should I buy now ya wait for the big infra projects. Delhi Metro Phase IV expansion aur UER-II ka kaafi buzz hai. Builders toh bolenge prices will shoot up, but I know unka agenda. Areas like Rohini, ya even some sectors in Dwarka near new metro lines, will they actually see genuine appreciation? Or is most of it already factored in? What's your honest take? Is it smart to buy early near these upcoming infra projects, or wait for completion and pay more but with certainty?
