Possession for my 3BHK in Sector 13 Dwarka was in March, and honestly, things nobody told me are hitting hard. The builder promised easy Metro Phase IV connectivity and a UER-II link nearby, saying it'd be ready by now. But the site work for both looks so slow. I'm wondering if this will impact appreciation. Did anyone else buy based on these timelines and now feel stuck?
