Since January I've been tracking Metro Phase IV extensions. Saket and Vasant Kunj ke aaspaas property prices already high hain. But I'm wondering, Dwarka ya Punjabi Bagh mein kya abhi bhi investment window hai before prices shoot up? What's your ROI expectation from these areas?
