Just moved into my DLF flat in Dwarka last month. Honestly, things nobody told me about how Metro Phase IV and UER-II will impact nearby property values are wild. I'm seeing prices around Rohini and even parts of Moti Bagh already reacting. Is it too late to find affordable 2BHKs near these new corridors, or are investment windows still open?

Absolutely! I was looking near Dwarka Expressway a few months back and the prices have just shot up. Lagta hai ab toh affordable kuch milega hi nahi. My budget for a 2BHK is 60-70L, but even that looks impossible now. Am I too late?
Nahin yaar, too late nahi hai. Maybe Dwarka main high ho gaya, but look at areas slightly off the main corridor. I heard about some decent options near Alaknanda that are still reasonable for 2BHK
