Metro Phase IV connectivity changes everything for Delhi property, right? Finally looking to buy, fed up of renting. Thinking Dwarka or Rohini, but prices already high. Will UER-II or IGI Airport expansion really push up prices more, ya phir it's already priced in? Should I look further out for affordability, near an upcoming Metro line? What's the scene with future appreciation for a 2BHK around 1.5 Cr? Is it worth waiting or just jump in?

That's my biggest worry! 1.5 Cr for a 2BHK in Dwarka is already pushing my budget to the max. Kya UER-II aur IGI Airport expansion se aur push milega ya it's just a bubble? Should I look at areas like Alaknanda or Aram Bagh instead? But they are further out from upcoming lines. Confused, yaar.
Yaar, IGI expansion ka direct impact airport ke paas wali properties pe zyada hoga. Dwarka Sector 21 ke aage ka area might benefit. Maybe look at areas just outside Delhi, near the border but with good connectivity planning.
Alaknanda acha option hai, but current market conditions dekho toh wahan bhi prices tight hain. UER-II ka potential toh hai.
Yaar, finally Metro Phase IV is happening! Dwarka aur Rohini ka toh poora scene change ho jayega. Lagta hai abhi jump in karna hi sahi hai, prices aur kitne badhenge? Fed up of renting.
Wait karna risky ho sakta hai, yaar. I was waiting for prices to drop in Anand Vihar for a 2BHK around 1.2 Cr, ab woh 1.8 Cr cross kar gaya hai. Metro expansion aur UER-II jaise projects ka impact long-term hota hai, but initial surge toh dikhta hi hai. Don't miss the bus.
Totally agree with your point about Dwarka. Meri cousin ne do saal pehle wahan liya tha, abhi already 40% up hai. But 1.5 Cr for 2BHK feels steep.
Bhai, mujhe toh lagta hai already kaafi kuch priced in ho gaya hai. Abhi toh sirf hype hai.
