Spent the whole Sunday researching Metro Phase IV and UER-II impacts on Delhi properties. I'm based in Dubai, so can't visit. Everyone says Dwarka and Rohini will boom, but is the price appreciation from these projects *real* yet? Or are the timelines for completion just wishful thinking? What's the ground reality?
