MG Road pe actually rehne ka experience kaisa hai? Just moved into a society near MG Road last month, and traffic is something else yaar. Brochures mein toh connectivity bahut smooth lagti thi. Has anyone lived there long-term, especially commuters? Kya iski ground reality sirf traffic hi hai ya aur bhi issues hain jo dikhte nahi? Also, societies around here, maintenance kitna cost karti hai and is it worth it? Seeking honest opinions and tips.

Bhai, totally feel you! MG Road ka traffic is a nightmare, especially during office hours. Brochure mein toh sab green-green dikhate hain but reality mein it's a concrete jungle with honking. I was also looking at properties around Badshahpur, hoping for better connectivity, but that's also getting crowded now. Arttech Elegant Homes ka naam suna nahi pehle, is it a new builder?
