Is MG Road ka investment potential really worth the current premium? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Whitefield, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Meri wife ko MG Road ka convenience bahut pasand hai, but the prices... yaar, it's crazy high. I already have a home loan. Kya lagta hai, iska ROI next 3-5 years mein justified hoga? Metro connectivity toh achhi hai, but is that enough for appreciation? Any hidden cons from current residents? Not sure if I should stretch my budget that much.

Convenience toh hai, no doubt. But for that premium, ROI in 3-5 years is a big question mark. What kind of 3BHK are you looking at, new launch or resale?
Mostly looking at resale
Totally agree, bhai! MG Road is mostly for status now, not real investment. Prices are just insane for a 3BHK upgrade.
