Finding a genuinely good, manageable flat after years in a large home feels impossible sometimes. My kids have moved out, and I'm looking at Migsun Green Mansion in Greater Noida. It's completed, which is a plus. But is it actually good for daily living? Not sure about the real community vibe there, or how friendly neighbors are. Also, what are the actual maintenance charges like? Want something low-maintenance, near a good hospital. Any residents here? What's your honest take?

Honestly, Migsun ka naam sunke thoda darr lagta hai. Unke kuch projects mein construction quality issues aaye hain in the past. But since this one is already completed (2017-12-31 possession), you can check
The RERA number UPRERAPRJ9784 shows it's completed, which is reassuring. But with 536 units, I wonder if it gets too congested. Aur aaj kal Greater Noida mein prices ka kya scene hai? Especially for completed projects like this one.
Haan, market toh garam hai. But Migsun ka resale value utna strong nahi hai jitna kuch aur builders ka, that's what I heard.
Congestion is a valid point. I visited a friend in Alistonia Estate nearby, and even there, parking is an issue. For Migsun, since it's an older project (possession 2017-12-31), maybe the community is more settled. But current market mein, secondary market mein bhi prices high chal rahe hain, especially for well-maintained older properties. Noida Extension mein toh sab crazy ho gaya hai.
Main khud Migsun Green Mansion mein rehta hoon, 2018 se. Daily living accha hai, parks aur basic amenities hain. Community vibe theek hai, mixed crowd hai but log friendly hain, especially families. Maintenance charge around ₹2.5-3 per sqft aata hai, depends on your flat size. Hospital ke liye Yatharth Hospital paas mein hai, 10-15 min drive. For a senior citizen, it's manageable, but thoda crowded ho jaata hai sometimes.
U5, connectivity theek hai, metro station thoda door hai but shared autos mil jaate hain. Security ke liye guards hain 24/7 aur CCTV bhi hai. Par haan, public transport utna smooth nahi hai jitna main area mein hota hai, say Alpha-II Commercial Belt.
Oh, good to know about Yatharth Hospital! But is the connectivity good from there, especially for public transport? And how about general security? I'm worried about my parents living alone.
₹2.5-3 per sqft? That's quite high for me as a first-time buyer! Budget hil jaayega.
