₹1.2 crore for a 3BHK in Migsun Twiinz – is this really the best I can do? I'm so fed up of renting, my landlord raised rent again, so finally taking the plunge. Everyone talks about Migsun Twiinz being 'completed' and 'ready to move', but nobody mentions the actual daily life there. Are the amenities actually functional, or just showpieces? I mean, a gym is great, but is it ever empty? And what about the society vibe? Is it friendly, or just isolated blocks? Honestly, I'm looking for a genuine home, not just an investment. Is Migsun Twiinz genuinely good to live in daily, or just good on paper? The EMI vs rent math is pushing me hard, but I don't want to regret this. Change my mind if I'm wrong.
