Is the price per sqft for Milan Apartments realistic? Or is Hardik Luxurious Homes a better long-term investment? I'm a first-time buyer trying to figure out the actual cost difference.
Just got Milan Apartments' keys. Super area seemed huge, but carpet area feels small. New Priyadarshani Appartment layouts looked more space-efficient. Anyone else find usable space a real issue?
Milan Apartments mein investor ratio kaafi high lag raha hai, which worries me about resale liquidity. Currently in a 2BHK in Dwarka, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe a villa, Milan Apartments dekh raha tha. Is the price jump worth it for an investor? Has anyone tracked its capital appreciation since launch? Matlab, kitna upside left hai? I'm looking for long-term wealth creation, so resale potential is key. Is there an active secondary market for Milan? Not sure agar end-users yahan zyada hain ya mostly investors. Don't want to get stuck in a ghost society, you know? Also, any tips on how to gauge actual investor vs. end-user numbers beyond just asking the sales rep? Usually, I check the parking lot on weekends, but not sure if that's enough. Any insights would be super helpful.
Milan Apartments – everyone glorifies this project online, but okay, I'll say what no one talks about. Just moved in last month, and honestly, the 'luxury amenities' are mostly for show. That fancy clubhouse? Hardly ever used. Pool bhi pura time crowded rehta hai ya phir maintenance issue. Daily convenience ke liye, market thoda door hai yaar, walk karna mushkil hai. Society ka vibe bhi... expected friendly nahi mila. Sab apne mein rehte hain, bilkul isolated feel hota hai. Is it genuinely good to live in, or just good on paper? Maintenance charges bhi upar se unexpected hain. Change my mind, maybe I'm missing something?
