Millennium Spire Central, sector 125 mein, completed project hai na? Price band ₹38.70 L–₹47.70 L toh theek lag raha hai for a 2/3 BHK. My main concern is the resale market. Kitna liquid hai yeh project? Matlab, agar 5 saal baad exit karna ho, toh buyer easily mil jayega kya? Capital appreciation kitni expect kar sakte hain from a completed project like this, given its current pricing? Kya ismein abhi bhi upside potential hai ya mostly flat rahega? Totally agree with your concern about Mohali prices, OP! As a first-time buyer, resale value is my biggest worry too. Completed projects sound safe, but what if demand isn't there in 5 years? Kitna liquid hai yeh project, yeh janana bahut zaroori hai.
U1, liquidity is a big question mark with fewer units. It can go either way, honestly.
