Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how much difference a few months makes. Just got possession of my 2BHK in Minerva, Pune back in March. On paper, the amenities looked amazing, but now... the clubhouse is barely functional, and the swimming pool is always 'under maintenance'. Plus, noticed some hairline cracks already. Not sure if this is normal or if I should push the builder. What's been your experience with new projects and quality after a few months?

This is exactly why due diligence is so important. Minerva (RERA: P52100049203) actually has a possession date of 2028-03-01. Are you sure you're talking about the same project? If yes, then getting possession so early and facing issues is a HUGE red flag. You should check your agreement papers carefully. Builders often cut corners to finish early or they're delivering a different phase. Don't let them push you around.

You need to check if your specific building/phase is registered and what its actual RERA possession date was. Otherwise, you have very little recourse. Haan, I know. Woh Minerva (RERA P52100049203) toh 2028 wali hai. But my project was also called Minerva, near Sinhagad Road. Builder said it's a different phase, completed early. Ab lag raha hai phans gaya, yaar. So much stress.
