Spotting future maintenance nightmares is surprisingly easy during site visits. I'm scouting for an investment in Noida Extension; even as a broker, buying for myself is different. Always check common area finishing, especially around elevator shafts and stairwells, even in under-construction projects like Swarnim Vihar. Shoddy plastering or exposed wiring there often hints at overall build quality. This directly impacts tenant attraction and maintenance costs down the line. You can almost predict future power backup or elevator reliability issues from these small details. What specific visual cues do you guys look for early on? These things affect ROI significantly, right?

Bhai, Swarnim Vihar toh 'under-construction' nahi hai. It's actually a completed project, possession was given back in 2020-02
Totally agree with this! As a first-time buyer, this is my biggest fear. You see a beautiful show flat, but the common areas or inside the actual unit can be totally different. Swarnim Vihar sounds like a good example of needing to be extra vigilant. Yeh ROI ka chakkar toh sabse important hai.
