Yaar, ye 'Luxury Floors' sunke toh pehle hi darr lagta hai. ₹2.7 Cr for an *upcoming* project with only 4 units? Aur RERA number bhi Not Applicable? Bhai, ye toh pura red flag hai. Minor defects ki baat toh baad mein aayegi, pehle toh project ki transparency hi nahi dikh rahi. Investors ROI kya khak banayenge, yahaan toh principal amount hi risk pe lag raha hai, especially for first-timers like me.
