Did a site visit to Aask Homes 04 last Saturday and honestly, I'm a bit concerned. The show flat looked great, but in the actual under-construction units, I noticed some finishing issues and minor cracks. My parents keep saying these small snags become big maintenance costs later, hitting resale value hard. As an investor, I'm worried about attracting tenants or future buyers if the basic construction quality isn't top-notch. Is it worth paying PLC for a specific unit if the overall builder quality is just average? How much do these initial snags really impact long-term ROI in Ghaziabad? Builders promise so much, but after possession, are they actually good with snagging lists?

Yaar, you hit the nail on the head! My cousin bought a flat in Ahinsa Khand 1 a few years back, different builder, but same story. Show flat was pristine, actual unit had cracked tiles and leaky pipes. Builder promised to fix everything before possession, but after signing, they dragged their feet for months. Ended up spending extra from his pocket. This Aask Homes 04 sounds like a similar trap. For a project in the ₹81 L – ₹1.6 Cr range, you'd expect premium quality, not 'average' with snags. PLC for an average unit is just throwing money away, in
