Budget finalized, loan pre-approved — now I'm seriously looking at properties like Mithila Splendor for investment. Log bolte hain construction quality bahut matter karti hai for resale value and tenant attraction. Kya Mithila Splendor jaisi properties mein cracks ya seepage issues common hain after a year or two? Matlab, long-term maintenance costs kaise honge? Honestly, I'm not sure kaise check karte hain good quality during site visits. Also, clubhouse aur other amenities, are they actually useful or just for show? Investor perspective se, do they really justify the premium price ya bas ek marketing gimmick hai to attract good tenants? Aur maintenance charges? Builders promise the moon, but after possession, problems start. Cracks, seepage, lift breakdown... it's a nightmare for an investor. How do we even verify the quality during site visits?
