posted on 9 MayMithila Splendor: Livability claims seem too good.
Since January, I'm eyeing Mithila Splendor for a 3BHK upgrade. Genuinely livable daily? Real community vibe, amenity quality? Is the premium justified, already on a home loan?

Bhai, 90L se 1.2 Cr for a 3BHK, that too for an ongoing project with possession in 2026-10-01, seems a bit steep. Is the builder's track record good? I'm worried about delays, especially since I'm planning to sell my current place in Akshayanagar to fund this. Don't want to get stuck paying EMIs and rent both. Builder ka reputation bahut matter karta hai.
Yeah, I heard some mixed reviews about their previous project, 'Mithila Greenwoods' in Agrahara Layout. Possession was delayed by almost a year, and the quality of fittings was questionable for the price. So be very cautious. Don't just go by the glossy brochures and sales pitch.
Builder ka naam kya hai? Uska track record dekhna padega.
Market conditions in Bengaluru are definitely making things tougher for buyers like us. Prices are just soaring everywhere. 90L is the entry point, imagine the final cost with all the hidden charges and registrations.
Yaar, maine site visit kiya tha January mein, location toh sahi lagi. Models dekh ke laga ki amenities top-notch honge. Par budget ka darr toh hai hi, 90L se 1.2 Cr is a big jump for first-time buyers like us, especially for a 3BHK.
Mithila Splendor ke claims sunke toh accha lagta hai, but real life mein kitna true hai? Especially community vibe aur amenities, kya woh sab sirf brochure mein hi hai? Premium justify hota hai kya, jab already loan par hoon aur ek aur EMI ka bojh uthana hai?
Ek baar RERA site pe check kiya tha maine, project ONGOING dikha raha hai, and it's 124 units. Small enough that maybe they can focus on quality? But yes, premium price for an ongoing project always makes me nervous about escalation charges later on. Already on a loan, bhai, I know your pain, this is a big decision.
I heard from a friend who lives nearby in Adigara Kallahalli that the area itself is developing well. So maybe the location premium is justified. But yeah, community vibe is hard to gauge until you move in. Site visit pe sab accha lagta hai.
Totally agree! Amenities toh brochure mein sab dikhate hain, par maintenance kaun dekhta hai baad mein? Meri toh budget tight hai.
