Mittal Rajnagar Residency's amenities are overrated for the price

Is Mittal Rajnagar Residency actually good for daily living, ya sirf brochure mein achha lagta hai? I'm currently in a 2BHK near Raj Nagar Extension, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK here. Price jump seems justified for the location, but amenities ka kya scene hai? Are they well-maintained and useful, or just for show? Also, carpet area efficiency kaisi hai?
