Miyapur infra boom: prices justified or hyped?
Fed up of renting now, so finally taking the plunge and looking to buy my first home in Hyderabad. Miyapur side dekh raha hoon, especially after all the infrastructure changes. Metro line extension aur naye road projects se kaafi connectivity badhi hai, right? I'm wondering, Miyapur mein kaunse specific pockets ko sabse zyada fayda hua hai? Prices toh badhe hi hain, but is it justified everywhere? Like, is Bachupally or even areas closer to Patancheru side benefiting equally, ya sirf main Miyapur corridor hi inflate hua hai? I'm seeing some crazy quotes, not sure if it's just builder hype. Kya lagta hai, is the ROI still good with these infrastructure-driven price hikes, ya ab overvalued ho gaya hai? Koi specific builders ya projects hain jo infrastructure development ko sahi se capitalize kar rahe hain but still offer decent value? Any advice on what to look out for ya avoid karna chahiye?
