Okay, I'll be honest, Miyapur ko lekar main thoda confused hoon. Currently, I'm in a 2BHK in Gachibowli, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK ya villa around Miyapur. Is the price jump for a bigger place there really worth it? Already have a home loan so don't want any regrets. Wahan ka actual ground reality kya hai? Commute kaisa hai, especially during peak hours? Brochure mein sab acha dikhta hai, but traffic, water issues, ya connectivity ka kya scene hai? Koi rehta hai wahan, toh please share your honest experience.

Salarpuria Sattva is an established name, started way back in 1986 with HQ in Bengaluru. Unka legacy toh strong hai. But the real question is, how are they performing in the current Hyderabad market? Especially with the recent slowdown in premium segments, are they still delivering on time and maintaining quality in Miyapur? Current market sentiment
Miyapur ka future bright hai yaar! Connectivity improve ho rahi hai aur prices bhi badhenge. Long-term investment ke liye accha hai.
Totally agree with the original post. Brochures make everything sound perfect. I've been eyeing Miyapur too, but every time I visit, the traffic and infrastructure seem a bit overwhelming. It's tough to make that leap from Gachibowli comfort.
Bhai, exactly my thoughts! Miyapur ke brochures toh dreamland lagte hain but ground reality ka darr lagta hai. Gachibowli se wahan tak ka commute kaise manage hota hai, especially office hours mein? Aur water supply ka kya scene hai summer mein? Main Salarpuria Sattva ke ek project mein interested hoon wahan, unka delivery record aur construction quality Miyapur mein kaisa hai? Koi rehta hai toh please share.
Main khud ek saal pehle Miyapur mein shift hua hoon, Gachibowli se. Commute toh roz ka headache hai, 45 mins se 1 hour toh pakad ke chalo peak hours mein. Water issues bhi hain kuch societies mein, especially summers mein, my friend in Attapur faces similar issues. Brochure mein jo parks aur amenities dikhate hain, woh toh bas dikhawe hote hain, maintenance ka kya? Socho double. So U1, be very careful with what's promised vs delivered.
Haan, delays toh aajkal har builder ka common feature ho gaya hai. Quality check pakka karna.
Salarpuria Sattva ki baat kar rahe ho toh, unka track record generally theek hai but Miyapur mein ek project mein thoda delay suna hai. My cousin booked in one of their projects near Hafeezpet, got possession late but quality was okay. But Miyapur traffic is real, especially for office-goers, so U1, your concern is valid.
