MJ Opera — just moved in last month, aur parking ka scene toh bilkul expected nahi tha. Everyone glorifies new projects but nobody talks about the actual parking allocation. Lottery system bolke bas confusion create karte hain, proper reserved spots hain hi nahi. My allotted slot is always taken, guard ko bhi kuch nahi pata. Security system bhi bas naam ka hai, CCTV footage ke liye bhi itna follow-up karna padta hai. Honestly, it's frustrating. Change my mind, is this normal for Pune societies?

Bhai, parking toh har naye project mein problem hai. Builders just want to sell units. Price range ₹87 L – ₹1.4 Cr for 136 units, it's a premium segment, but even then they cut corners. This is why I'm so hesitant to book anything right now, market conditions are so volatile too.
Totally agree with your point about builders cutting corners. My brother booked in a project in Akurdi, same story. They showed fancy plans for visitor parking and dedicated slots, but after possession, it's a free-for-all. Guards don't intervene, and management says 'it's a community problem.' We paid extra for covered parking, but it's always occupied. It's frustrating to pay so much and then deal with such basic issues. Is there

U1, I'm confused. MJ Opera ka possession date Feb 2026 hai, RERA number P52100032413. How did you move in last month? Did you mean you visited a similar project?
Oh god, this sounds exactly like what my friend faced in a society near Sinhagad Road. Builders promise the moon but delivery is something else.
